Onboarding is six steps

This is the path a new company actually takes on this host — not a metaphor.

Create the company

Six departments seed

Operations, finance, marketing, sales, HR, and support appear with a head agent and two placeholder specialists, plus a CEO.

Meet the roster

Each agent already has identity, ring, toolbox, and a department playbook as a RAG source. Relationship scores start seeded (CEO↔heads higher than head↔head).

Create or re-ring agents

Owners open the agent builder: pick department, assign ring, attach tools, attach RAG. One CEO per company; one head per department.

Memory starts on the first session

Short-term summaries inject at session start. Long-term body loads on demand. Transcript is kept for audit. Other departments cannot read it.

Routing learns the pairs

Every handoff updates the per-pair score (cap 99). Weighted routing prefers high-scoring pairs for the next collaborator.
